What does an AI chatbot cost?

Every chatbot is individually quoted — depending on complexity, data integration, language scope, and platform. From Phase II we work with fixed prices. In the free 15-minute initial call we clarify the realistic framework for your use case.

How long does development take?

Typically 6–10 weeks from kick-off to production. Complex integrations (multiple CRM systems, regulated industries, multilingual) can take up to 12 weeks. Discovery always takes 3 weeks — then the roadmap is set.

Which platforms are supported?

Is the chatbot GDPR-compliant?

Yes. We build exclusively with GDPR-compliant setups: EU hosting at AWS Frankfurt or Hetzner, optional fully on-premise. Data processing agreement (DPA) under Art. 28 GDPR is standard. For regulated industries (BaFin, MNB) we use locally hosted open-source models (Llama, Mistral, Qwen).

What if the bot cannot answer a question?

The chatbot hands over seamlessly to a staff member — either via live chat or through a qualified ticket with all prior information. The bot knows when to stop answering and confidently distinguishes between "I know" and "I don't know". Hallucinations are technically minimized through grounding and confidence scoring.

Can we maintain the bot ourselves later?

Yes, that's part of our approach. Phase IV includes training, playbooks, and an internal maintenance dashboard. You can add new FAQs, changed policies, or new knowledge sources yourself — we're available when you need us, not because you have to need us.
